HARMONY does two things: it recovers drugs that failed safety review, and it screens pipeline compounds so fewer fail in the first place.
In both cases, it pinpoints exactly why a compound fails safety review, then generates a modified version engineered to clear that failure while keeping the original target engagement. It is built on physics, so it needs no crystal structure and no bound pose to work.

HARMONY's safety panel screens the compound against 53 safety proteins spanning five liability classes, including cardiac, metabolic, and CNS, and identifies the exact protein and mechanism behind the failure.

Generate the fix
HARMONY's generative recovery loop proposes a structurally modified analog engineered to clear the failing safety gate while preserving what made the original drug work.
