We are seeking individuals who understand the pharmaceutical industry end to end, from computational discovery through wet lab validation to FDA regulatory interaction. Here is where we are building right now.

Computational Drug Discovery Scientist

Design and optimize novel drug candidates using HARMONY's physics-first platform. Deep experience in molecular modeling, structure-based drug design, and cheminformatics. Ability to work at the intersection of computation and wet lab execution.

Drug Discovery

Wet Lab Scientist / Pharmacologist

Execute and design experimental validation of HARMONY-generated drug candidates. Experience with cell-based assays, binding studies, ADMET profiling, and hERG safety testing. Comfort interfacing with CROs and translating computational predictions into physical proof.

Wet Lab

Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer

Build and scale the AI infrastructure powering HARMONY. Experience with protein structure prediction, molecular generation models, and large-scale scientific computing. Passion for applying AI to problems that matter, not just problems that publish.

AI / Data Science

Regulatory Affairs / FDA Strategy

Navigate the regulatory pathway for HARMONY-discovered therapeutics. Experience with IND filings, FDA pre-submission meetings, and CMC documentation. Understanding of how AI-derived drug candidates fit within existing and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Medicinal Chemist

Translate HARMONY's SMILES output into synthesizable, optimized lead compounds. Experience with SAR analysis, lead optimization, and synthesis route planning. Ability to bridge computational predictions with practical medicinal chemistry.

Chemistry

Business Development / Pharma Partnerships

Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech partners. Experience structuring licensing deals, platform partnerships, and co-development agreements in life sciences. Understanding of the pharma decision-making process from discovery through commercialization.
